Dr. Md. Yaqub Ali completed MBBS from Sher-e-Bangla Medical College, Barisal. Completed FCPS in Radiotherapy from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons; He completed his FRCH from the Royal Society of Health in London and an IAEA Fellowship from Hiroshima University School of Medicine, Japan. He held important positions in various hospitals throughout his career. His field of work is full of various achievements. Dr. Md. Yakub Ali worked in the radiotherapy department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital from 1992 to 1999. He joined Faridpur Medical College Hospital (1999-04) as a Professor, working abroad as well. He was a Cancer Specialist (Resident) from 2004 to 2006 at the Sabah Portable Health Clinic in Riyadh under the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia. Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital. He held various positions there for about 10 years (2007-2018). Currently, he is working in the Department of Medical Oncology as Head Professor and Head of Department at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College.
